The Bar and Whisky Snug are both cosy and inviting, filled with comfy leather sofas and armchairs where you can enjoy one of our unbelievable range of over 300 whiskies, a glass of wine, or afternoon tea.

In addition to an incredible brand selection of whiskies, cognacs, armagnacs, rums, bourbons and countless other fine spirits, our bar features a Cruvinet wine machine, which dispenses a fine range of six white and six red wines drawn directly from our cellar.

Circus Wine Bar & Grill offers a contemporary and friendly environment, utilising a combination of seasonal, fresh, Scottish produce.

Situated in the heart of Edinburgh, Circus has something for everyone no matter what the occasion. The Head Chef has an excellent appreciation of a wide variety of dishes including extensive knowledge of Scotland's larder.

Set over two floors, Circus has a relaxed wine bar where customers can simply unwind and indulge, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy drinks before and after eating. The extensive wine list covers both old world and new, with an emphasis on France.

The Forth Floor Restaurant, Bar and Brasserie offer the best in contemporary eating and drinking in Edinburgh’s most stunning modern dining room. On the top floor of the Harvey Nichols department store, with 32 meters of floor to ceiling glazing, the views are unparalleled – all the way from the Castle to the Firth of Forth.

Head Chef Stuart Muir – recognised as one of the 12 best chefs in Scotland by the Scottish Chefs Association in 2006 – uses fine Scottish produce to create dishes that match modern flavours with classical technique. Standout dishes might include “Seared Oban scallops with pea purée, caper beignet and pancetta”, “Grilled halibut with cardamom and orange cous cous and a vanilla shellfish sauce” or a more classic “Roast fillet of Inveraray Scottish beef, braised spiced oxtail, fondant potato and confit garlic“.

With one of the most innovative lists in Scotland the Forth Floor Bar, with low leather banquettes, dim lighting and chilled out music, must make for one of the best drinking dens in Edinburgh city centre. From decadent Champagne cocktails, to draught lagers, to wines from a 350 bin wine list – every taste is catered for. No 3 Restaurant

is set in Georgian Town House in the centre of Edinburgh at the base of Carlton Hill. Our food is Scottish themed and our house specialty is steaks which are cooked on our char grill. The restaurant is a member of the Scottish Beef Club so all our meet is Scottish sourced. We also have comprehensive wine list with over 70 wines on it.
