Is Zuzu Lifestyle Membership only for celebrities or the super-rich? Who is the typical Zuzu member?
No, not at all. Our service is for discerning individuals who are typically very busy, somewhat ‘time-poor’ and who appreciate the finer things in life: people with a demanding lifestyle.
Our clientele ranges from middle-to-upper management in corporations, from entrepreneurs to executives, and even PA’s. Or simply, those who just want to be in our club!
What is meant by work/life balance?
Work/life balance is all about adjusting your daily life to include ways to ensure a balance and rhythm between how you combine work with your other responsibilities, aspirations and passions.
What type of requests can Zuzu undertake?
We can source, manage and deliver almost anything - the only limitation is your imagination!
Why is membership limited?
We work with a strict member-to-lifestyle manager ratio to preserve the personal level of service that distinguishes us; hence we grow membership at a controlled rate.
How can you save us time?
We save our members time as we remove the hours of searching for ideas, quality suppliers, retailers and service providers. In many cases we save much more than time, as we have saved face by helping source, purchase and deliver surprises for loved ones on forgotten special days; saved frustration while waiting on hold to call centers; even saved the day by finding a wedding photographer last minute when one took ill. We can do this because we have hundreds of premier suppliers in place, who have been vetted, tried and tested.
I have a PA, why do I need a lifestyle manager?
In no way are we here to tread on a PA's toes. However, what we can do is support their role and free up their time so that they can use their talents to concentrate on priority, work-related tasks while we organise the personal lives of their employers.
Are there any requests or services that are not covered?
No. As long as your request is legal and moral we will do our very best to make it happen. Just ask!
Will my personal details remain confidential?
Yes, your personal details, all aspects of your membership and the requests made by you will remain confidential at all times.
