Thurs 25th September

Still in Alicante..been to the villas, 1 potential out of 3 is good. Seeing it at it's worst..when it's thunder and lightening!

Going over the last few days work load to tie things up, estate agents, housekeepers galore, hotels , plains, trains and automobiles.done! Call in to the girls and check everything is ok..no worries, they are fab. Better get a wee pressie at duty free for them!

Wed 24th September

No rest for the wicked, straight in to phone calls and emails. Book the transport for Silverstone and chat with the hotel that we are using for the event about the requirements for the weekend. Organise printing for a client locally, got a special deal because I have used them a lot.

Lining up more villas to view tomorrow for bootcamp.

I have a lot of phoning and emailing to do today, organising my clients back home. The girls are flat out with requests so I don't mind helping out by the pool. sorry must go and turn over! Hee hee

Tues 23rd September

Ok it's only 2 hours in to this day and I have emailed A LOT of people.I get quite a few replies saying what are you doing up at this time, it must be the jet lag! Must sleep...

Up at the crack of dawn and off out to view a couple of villas. Wow this place is strange everywhere we go it seems that there are only new villas, haven't passed one old one yet. It seems to be purposely built but the villas are amazing. Check out local shops and grocers for quality foods for bikini bootcamps.

Making appointments for when I return to organise the forthcoming event, very exciting and loads of great feedback. Making appointments for clients back home, arranging viewings for flats, answering a load of emails.all this in the shade, see I am working.

Mon 22nd September

Scoped out villa in the light, sussed out the surrounding area, the beach is a 5 minute walk away, had a shandy, medicinal purposes of course..I'm still working!

Arranging more Silverstone stuff, flat viewings in Glasgow, villa viewings in Alicante, dinner bookings, more thinking and brainstorming for event on November 5th. I love my new office.

Sun 21st September

Has a steam roller really driven over me? It is early doors and I still haven't packed for Alicante. Going out to Spain with a client as I am project managing Bikini Bootcamps next year for her and we have several locations to check out, caterers, etc. As I am the "Chief Sorter Outer" I am making sure everyone is up to speed with all of the clients requirements and letting them know that my crackberry is always on..even by the pool, eh sorry while I am working in Alicante!!

Ok packing now (throwing things in a suitcase) making sure I have my laptop.check.blackberry.check.passport.phew!! Picking up client then off to airport. I do my 100th paranoid passport check and we're off. Get to our hire car, plug in the "never lost" and we head out on to the highway. Our "never lost" or should I say "never works" runs out of charge as the cigarette lighter element is broken. Thankfully I have printed off directions!!

Sat 20th September

Is it still Friday or have I slept? Going shopping with a client today to show best places in city centre, trousers altered and delivered. Picked up laptop and dropped off at location, checking mail and thought about packing for Alicante.it's the thought that counts.

Fri 19th September

What didn't I do today..got cleaners in place for client, interviews set up for housekeeper, organising event for 5th November, found yoga classes for a client, organised prizes for a forthcoming event, Persian restaurant found, reserved hire car, booked restaurants, arranged a night out for clients on Saturday night..the list goes on!!

Thurs 18th September

Picked up keys for clients flat, checked it was left in order. Pulling stuff together for Silverstone 2009, found brilliant boutique hotel and interesting transport to the event avoiding traffic and it's not a helicopter.find! Booked dinner for client and made sure they are looked after.

Got a list of very boring stuff to do today so won't bore you!!

Wed 20th August

I got a call from a client today that is on business in Birmingham. He needs to know the location of a nationwide cash line..there are loads but find out is location and steer him to the closest one.

Tues 19th August

Arranging some flights for a corporate client today and accommodation as close to Covent Garden as possible. Some of the accommodation is a bit undesirable; the best is Crowne Plaza which is a 10 minute walk away or 2 minutes in a taxi.

Fri 15th August

Helping a friend out at the Black and White Ball at the Sheraton Hotel for the Princes Youth Trust. Great night for everyone attending. I was in charge of the silent auction and payments for the Auction and helping with anything else required. The night raised £50,000.successful!

Tues 12th August

I'm off to meet a clients landlord today to negotiate their requirements.in other words lets get more for my money, quite right too.

Wed 30th July

I'm organising concert tickets for a client in Mallorca. She is visiting the UK in September and would love to see Stevie Wonder. He is playing at 02 Arena in London on 12th September, another sold out gig. 3 tickets.done!

Fri 25th July

Girls Aloud are playing at Edinburgh Castle tonight and it's a sell out. I have packaged up some tickets for clients. They are having a pre theatre dinner in Blue and then off to the concert where they have great seats and I also managed to make the sunshine for them too!!

Sunday 20th July

Another concert..Jay Z this time at the SECC. 2 huge fans want to be in amongst it all. No seats because they want to shake their touché!

Friday 18th July

I sourced 6 tickets for clients to watch Boyzone at Edinburgh Castle. Great seats and pointed them in the right direction for pre and post concert drinks! I found out a couple of hours before who the support act was, Hope, so the clients wanted to avoid that and also that it was going to rain at about 10:10pm!!! You know what it was spot on.

Tues 15th July

I was invited to the newly opened Boudiche in Ingram St, Glasgow. They have their shop in Edinburgh which has been open now for about 2 years and doing fantastically well. I had a cheeky wee whisky cocktail which was lush and the underwear is gorgeous.

Fri 11th July

I have organised a "Ladies night" in Ailanto Spa, Edinburgh for 8 ladies who will receive a small taster of treatments that they can have in the spa. Most opted for a file and polish but one went for the Indian Head Massage. She loved it and was definitely going back for the full treatment with oil next time, thought she best skip the oil this time as the girls were then going on to The Livingroom for dinner which I booked with a little discount.

Thurs 3rd July

I have a client going to T in the Park and he isn't as organised as he thought!! Not camping, definitely not his style, not bussing it, again not his style and he has no Tipi booked so what's he going to do? Phone me and in 20 minutes I had booked a chauffeur driven Mercedes Viano to pick them up and drop them off on both Saturday and Sunday.

Mon 30th June

A client is moving on 4th July so organised for Removers Company to drop boxes off today. They charge by small and large items so it's easy peasy to move.

Wed 25th June

A corporate member has some big clients over and wishes a fine dining restaurant to be booked for this evening at 7pm, 7:30pm and 8pm, just in case their meetings run late!! Also "the big clients" have partners with them who want to go shopping specifically for wool..well Cashmere, so they too are pointed in the right direction.

Mon 2nd June

I have a lot to read today.proofing brochures for a client. I've organised all her price lists, flyers, business cards and posters for her business and they have arrived in my inbox to be proof read. I am like her Chief Organiser.she does need an extra pair of hands.

Fri 2nd May

A member of 29 Private Members Club has got in touch. He needs tickets for the UEFA Cup Final in Manchester and yes they are like gold dust. There are a lot of dodgy ticket touts about and people getting greedy. Through my contacts I manage to get the tickets he requires.
