Black Card
Your membership fee is paid monthly in advance and subject to a 6 month agreement (so you can see the true benefits)

You will receive 6 hours of zuzu time

The Black Card is available for both individual and corporate members

You will have access to the full range of the services at Zuzu Concierge

Your membership covers the household

Your requests will be completed by your Lifestyle Manager and their support team during normal business hours (Mon-Sun 09:00-18:00) 

You can call, email, fax or text your requests; your Lifestyle Manager will provide you with recommendations of fully vetted suppliers who have been carefully selected

If you run over your membership time you will be charged £30 per hour and a minimum of half an hour, however on a quarterly basis your Lifestyle Manager will assess your account to review the best value for your needs

Being a member of Zuzu Concierge means you will receive exclusive offers from our suppliers and have full access to this on joining, in addition to this The Black Card has many additional perks (ssh, don’t tell anyone, they will all want one)!
